I am getting soooo tired of asking for the same problem to be solved, over and over and over again. Every time it is "we have enabled notifications" and every time I run out of data without a notification being sent. And don't think that they reply to emails. Oh no. That is obviously way too much trouble. Am I stuck with writing a complaint once a month for the rest of my life? Apparently so. https://www.hellopeter.com/vodacom/reviews/can-this-company-ever-fix-anything-5733627
How many times does one have to complain about the same thing? How difficult is it for a tech company to enable "out of data" notifications?? What must a person do to get competent assistance? PLEASE SORT THIS OUT!!!! And PLEASE DO NOT CALL ME! Your phone customer service is completely useless. Although, to be fair, your email assistance is not much better, but at least that way I have an audit trail of the level of incompetence. https://www.hellopeter.com/vodacom/reviews/useless-customer-service-927aac44cd1c702e18f2a0cb72831573c0357600-5525212
This is a follow up on a previous complaint - link and contents pasted below. Same old, same old. It just does not seem to help to ask Vodacom for assistance. I suppose I will once again get a perfunctory "we will fix it" - and then nothing happens. Please Vodacom - do NOT call me. I would like everything we discuss to be in writing so that I have an audit trail. You have my email address on file. https://www.hellopeter.com/vodacom/reviews/are-all-isps-this-useless-5489329 Are all ISPs this useless? For some reason Vodacom has decided to stop sending me notifications of when my data is running out. It seems that the options are: one either gets inundated with spam / marketing nonsense or if you somehow eventually, after MONTHS of begging, get them to stop the spam, they also stop necessary notifications. Calling the help center results in promises to fix the issue - needless to say, nothing happens. Sending emails gets you sent round and round to their virtual assistant, which (of course) does not have the option to query this issue. Why must everything always be so difficult with Vodacom?

Been trying to get copies of my title deeds for over two weeks. Phone calls don't help. Emails remain unanswered. Even a visit to the branch resulted in empty promises. What does one have to do to obtain information from this bank?
I have lost count of the number of times I have raised this complaint, and the number of times I have been promised that it has been sorted out. PLEASE! FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY! I BEG OF YOU TO PLEASE STOP SPAMMING ME WITH MARKETING MESSAGES! It seems the only way to get out of it, id to cancel this infernal service!!!!!
There seems to be absolutely NO way to get this company to stop sending me marketing *******. Why must we continually be subjected to this kind of annoyance?
Review of Knell, George Branch: Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. The only reason I gave a one star rating is because there is nothing lower than that. Helpful and attentive support staff, but the same cannot be said of management. Insufficient resources, abysmal customer service, and very little knowledge of the products they sell and supposedly support. I received my full refund after an inordinately long wait, and only after the owner petulantly demanded that I remove his contact information from my contact list and never contact him again - all because I had the temerity to question why I was being sent a statement of account, when in fact they were the ones that owed me a refund. Quite frankly, I do not possess the amount of masochism it would require to ever deal with them again. In short: I will never do business with this company again, and strongly suggest that others follow suit.
Not only are their products yummy and great quality, but I have never experienced customer service like this before in my life. I wish I could give them 10 stars!
Promised to have fibre active by 1 December 2020. Still not active as at 27 December. Provided with interim LTE connection with speeds so slow I can hardly do anything, in addition to the fact that it continuously disconnects. I cannot find out how to check data usage and how to top up, and calling in does not help - staff leave you on hold for hours as they scurry around trying to find out how to check the balance and how to reload. Inevitably the "solution" they provide is useless. Manager does not respond to whatsapp texts. Creating a help ticket results in a "we will get back to you" message and no action whatsoever afterwards. Totally unacceptable service, seriously considering looking for an alternative.
