Fully paid for the cupboard in January 2024 - today no cupboard and no refund
Telkom has gone into my account and wiped it out with a debit order that was supposed to go off days later.
Telkom runs a debit order 2 days to 1 day before the agreed upon debit date
<p>I have just received an SMS notification from Telkom stating that my debit order in Rand amount has just doubled from the initial contractual amount to what I will see being debited in my account for the month of October 2016.</p> <p>What kind of business is Telkom running?</p> <p>Does Telkom believe that they can just go into their customer's accounts and debit whatever amount they want.</p> <p>If I'm given the opportunity to not have chosen Telkom I would simply not have. I will not be using your services any longer when my contract with Telkom ends.</p> <p>I don't know what kind of business Telkom is running but the Ombudsman should start investigating.</p> <p> </p>
I have had 2 debit orders going through on my account in 28 days.<br> A debit order went through on 7 March 2016 and another debit order went through on 04 April.<br> The statement I have received from Telkom does not reflect the 07 March 2016 debit amount taken by Telkom.<br> On top of that , I specified on the contract plus in the Telkom branch that I want the debit orders to go through on the 20th of each month.<br> <br> Telkom debits money when they feel like it , not even on the specified dates and I do not know where to go to complain about this issue.
