Great service
I made a booking via the company and only then did I check up on reviews and based on all that I read I was very nervous about proceeding. I was however pleasantly surprised and the service which I received from Phinda was fantastic - always responsive and helpful

Service over and beyond
The people working for a company make the difference!! Yaaseen Allie was fantastic in all my dealings with him. He was always friendly and helpful and responded to emails and whats app messages immediately even while he was on his end of year vacation. I needed a Letter of Impediment from the Dept of Home Affairs that also had to be authenticated by the Dept of International Relations and couriered to Cambodia. This was all done in a much shorter period than I was expecting. The charge levied for the service was worth every cent and I commend the company and Yaaseen for their fantastic service - thank you so much!

Shark in Durban
Payed for goods in May when they arrived they were incorrect so i sent them back. After many attempted telephone calls and messages i contacted his supplier who got Craig to phone me. After 3 promises that the goods had been sent but he would never send a tracking number he refunded me the money after i told him i would come down and collect the goods personnaly. Every story was b--l s--t even when he phoned me he said he would refund me he still insisted he had sent half the order. It did not arrive. Do not pay this man any money up front, i doubt you will ever recieve your goods. This is the worst online service i have ever experienced

Fantastic service from Jennifer Hare - Flight Centre Travel Group South Africa
Jennifer Hare from Flight Centre On-line has been absolutely fantastic to assist us to re-book my daughter on a BAA return flight to the UK after her Virgin flight was cancelled. She is so friendly, calm, supportive and has gone out of her way to help us - quickly returning calls and responding to emails even though she must be so very busy at this time of crisis. Thank you once again for everything you have done!!!
