Absolutely shocking service from Diesel Boys Durban. Never get feedback, lies and stories are told. Emails, phone calls and messages all ignored. BUT they are happy to take your money!!
Wow I know you can blame a lot on covid but to have 4 tellers open with about 40 cubicles available is shocking. My 71 year old mother sat and is still sitting in the queue, where's she's been for over 2 hours, waiting to speak to someone about her decoder which is not working. Shocked at the service offered, or not offered to pensioners. Come Multichoice you can do better, or maybe we should cancel and go Netflix.
Shocking service from mweb. Spent all day trying to contact them via the phone, just got computer recordings etc and then cut off. Eventually googled stores and went on a wild goose chase all over Durban to finally be told all their national stores closed down 3 years ago!!!!!!! Still have had no joy in getting any help from mweb.
