Amazing Service at Call center
I would like to give Mpho, who took my call reference number: 27397477, she was friendly, professional and when she didn't fully know she went and checked that is exceptional in my opinion. She really made my day and I thought Discovery Bank should know about this amazing call centre human who helped me when I felt really frazzled.

Rejuvenation soulfull experience in Pretoria
If you looking for a place to win wind, reflect inwardly, ground yourself in the present and rebuild your self worth and confidence. This is where you go. Think it eat, pray love the movie/book but with a more comfort(with regards to accomodation) warmth and intentionality(since all sessions are guided) The food is amazing and easy, the host( a qualified psychologist) is warm,friendly and feels like a best friend and the sunrise and sunset meditations are what your soul needed. If you love dogs u in for a retreat. If u looking to reconnect with yourself or to just breath this is the place to go. I walked in tired, detached and unclear and after the weekend I walked out light as a feather, more intune with myself and clear on how to move forward

Exellent service at the Sterns Pretoria Central
I just wanted to thank the staff at the Sterns Pretoria Central ( Van der Walt). They are utterly amazing, super helpful, very patient, do not rush you, and are very friendly. Especially Danisa(I might be butchering her name, but she was fantastic), who managed to get my sister's birthday prezzie wrapped and ready for delivery.

Dissatisfied with the state of the Hotel
Came to stay there for a disability forum, the space is clean and decent but its the carpets in the rooms or the passages that seem like they have not been cleaned in a long time and random exposed lights in the rooms...the bedding,bed and towels are this hotels saving grace. Thier lifts do not have a voice that let's you know which floor you are in should you have a an eye impairment. Some water just a bottle could go a long way as part of the amenities

atrocious ablutions(toilets)
The hotel is nice and well kept my only issue is the public toilets available for their conference space...they truly need revamping n alot could be done about the odour. It cannot be that a hotel this nice have such atrocious toilets especially given that if u not staying at the hotel the first experience u will have is the space allocated for the conference and the toilets

Amazing , Skilled and Professional Service
Dr Wilhelm is exceptional, really patient, friendly and just knows how to help you relax and super knowledgeable about his work As for his staff Ms Lizaan will welcome you with a smile make you feel at ease with the biggest smile on her face and guaranteed to help you find the right frame for your glasses that looks amazing..That woman listens and is just talented at giving you what u asked for.... So give them a turn..by Nina Park shopping center right next to Spur

Amazing Pub with delicious food but super appaling behaviour from the Manager!!!
A nice Pub with yummy delicious food to boot and the service is out of this world but it is the manager that puts a damper on things. While we were there on 18/10/2024( he seemed only interested in our fairer-skinned (caucasian only) customers as not once did he bother to come to our table and ask any darker-skinned (Black) customers and there weren't a lot of us it put damper on things, as it seemed to me and this manager by his behaviour, we were not worthy of recognition even though we too were customers. So to that Manager (who happens to be caucasian), other patrons who do not look like himself were not worthy of check-in as they also contribute to the restaurant's success. I doubt you ( Mr Manager) want this amazing place to be associated with that behaviour as word of mouth travels!!!!

Execellent Service at @home Brooklyn
I went to collect a basket i had bought online and it turned out a very different size than the one I had ordered, the people at @home Brooklyn the one opposite Mr Price were phenomenal even helped me pick out another basket that was perfect for what I needed. So a big thank you to the patience of the staff @home Broolyn considering just how rushed I was and how well they handled the situation, they deserve 100 for great customer care.

Amazing service at the physiothe******
This practise situated in Wonderpark Shopping Centre in Pretoria North. I went in there because I had a back problem and met the physiothe****** ( Katlego) she was simply amazing, she knows how to explain things in simple ways, her people skills with regards to patience is exceptional and her smile has a way of making one feel better. So should you ever need a physiothe****** please visit this place you will not regret it.
