After months of waiting and fighting due to a misdiagnosis from another dealer, Jared ensured that the car is fully stripped and properly diagnosed to get a comprehensive report of any problems with the engine. He ensured that the problem was fixed, tested the car to ensure that it is in a good working condition AND settled the full amount for the repairs. He really went out of his way to assist in the best possible way, where both parties were happy with the resolution. The car is now in mint condition - good as new and I'm happy.
I bought a mini cooper roadster from Jared 4 months ago. When I bought the car it was on 45000 kilometers. 3 weeks after buying the car I had to take in for service. A month again later for break pads. I then drove the car for a while after that, this is now the 3rd month of having bought the car, and I got a emergency warning that the car was overheating. I had the car towed to BMW where I was qouted R109 000 for a new engine. Jared asked for a report to submit it to their head office so they can make a decision whether or not they will cover the cost. The report showed that the waterpump and thermostat were leaking which caused the head gasket to blow, there was no compression on the vehicle, the only option is to then replace the engine. Forwarded to Jared, who is currently 'overseas'. I then asked Wesley to assist and he told me that their internet was down, so he couldn't access emails. I phoned him back today and he said he will get back to me in the 'afternoon' when he's done with his emails. In the meantime I have no transport and my work is suffering because of it, I pay monthly instalments for a car that's not moving. They refused to give me a loan car in the meantime.
