In 2012 I booked a date for a wedding to take place at Kloof Country Club and I paid a deposit, the wedding did not take place and I never asked to be refunded the money. Now I keep getting statement with the credit of the amount I paid, when I inquired about it I was asked for proof of payment, how on earth do they expect me to still have proof for something I paid for in 2012, then I was asked for the date the wedding was booked for, and I gave them the date, now it has been weeks that I am waiting for a response, they should tell me if they don't want to refund my money instead of making me a fool by making me wait for nothing I am just totally angry by this, a few days back I received an email of the statement again with the money I paid, but no one is bothering to inform me of what is happening with regards to my refund, I thought that place was professional but it shows I was wrong, I am just appalled by them.
