I have requested a change of ownership on Walka 7 since 22nd September 2015 and still waiting for this to happen. They have plenty of excuses why this is not happening, it is system upgrade, allocated to Business Desk or have not received certified copies of ID's. I have sent too many emails to count to them with the change of ownership document and both ID's attached and still nobody has contacted me to say all has been done. Every time they have some lame excuse why it is not being done. I have contacted them several times and still waiting for them to assist me with the change of ownership. This needs to be done ASAP and when I get home tonight it will be fixed and all working fine.
We booked into this facility and the other guests booked in later the day, as per the rules of Marloth Park there is NO noise accepted at all. The group of people that booked into the facility as well played their music so loud from their taxi till very late the night for the whole weekend and when we confronted them they called us racists and the owner Debbie did nothing to rectify the matter and apologise to us for the disturbance of our stay at the Luxury Chalet. We did call the Park Police and they got the guests to stop playing their loud music.
