I am sharing my experience with Savvy Selections to inform other customers. I purchased sneakers from this store, but unfortunately the size did not fit. I contacted them to request an exchange, and at the time the communication seemed satisfactory. I was provided with their return policy, which I followed exactly. The shoes were returned via PostNet and delivered back to the store on 21 October. After the return, I did not receive confirmation that the shoes had been received. I followed up several times and shared all relevant tracking information and documentation. I was repeatedly advised that the replacement shoes would be sent, and I was given expected delivery dates. Unfortunately, these dates were postponed multiple times. As of 20th January 2026, I have not received the replacement shoes, nor have I received a refund. The shoes were intended as a birthday gift for my sister, which was disappointing as I had to make alternative arrangements. This experience has been stressful and frustrating, especially given the length of time it has taken without a clear resolution. I believe better communication and quicker follow-up would have made a significant difference. I encourage potential customers to be extremely cautious and to fully understand the return and exchange process before making a purchase. I hope this matter will still be resolved, but based on my experience i highly doubt it. Please learn from my disappointing experience.
I have purchased 2x R100 Vodacom airtime through my FNB App. This was on Monday 2nd August. Money has gone off, yet I have no airtime. On contacting FNB from that night until today, I am told the problem is with the service provider. Vodacom are insisting, from that night until tonight that the airtime isn't showing up on their system. Vodacom have been very accommodating and very clear with possible reasons for the issue. They have even tried to contact FNB on my behalf but FNB could not be reached. On the other hand FNB have barely been helpful and almost outright dismissive. When I asked for a reversal / refund through the Secure Chat, it was just ignored. Not only that, they also concealed the fact they have been having technical issues on their App. I just want my R200 airtime or R200 back into my account.
