Purchased a Sennheiser Bluetooth ****le (BTD 500) on the 09-09-2020 and item was delivered on the 17-09-2020. It's fairly straight forward to setup so I tested it almost immediately with my Sennheiser BT headphones. The device kept disconnecting and reconnecting when used on several windows 10 PC's. My assumption at the time was that the device was either faulty or no longer works with the latest version of windows 10. I then logged a request with customer service to return and refund the device (Ticket Number 985007). I then received no response beyond the automated email until I had to email them again on the 22-09-2020 (5 days later). I then a response from Nadine S to say they are backlogged hence the delayed response. About 2 days later the courier pitches up to collect the device; I received no notification of this, the chap just pitched up and I handed over the device. On the 28-09-2020 I get an email from Nadine S to state the device was booked in with the supplier on the 25-09-2020 and that it will take 4 - 7 working days for assessment. On the 01-10-2020 I get my next response from Nadine saying the refund cannot be processed as my return was after 7 days of receipt of the order and that new device will be sent and a tracking number will be provided when she has it. Literally an hour later a courier pitches up to deliver the replacement device!! Again no notification, no nothing. I decide to test the device, and hey same thing i.e. it keeps disconnecting. So my conclusion is that the device is no longer compatible with the latest version of Windows 10. But, what the actual F#@K OneDayOnly??? I have responded to Nadine S several times after that email and have received no response. The delay was all due to OneDayOnly's "backlog" and they then used that as an excuse for not processing a refund!! Completely unethical and absolutely terrible service!! I've spent at least R20k with them over various orders and this will be the last time I purchase anything from them. Lastly, I have handed this over to MyBroadband and the ombudsman for the CPA. This actual device is quite cheap so for me this is about the ethics and principle. We live in a new era where asshole retailers like OneDayOnly can no longer take advantage of consumers. I will gladly spend R100k or more (already handed to my lawyers) to ensure OneDayOnly learn their lession! Darryl Chetty
I've been looking for a particular keyboard for a while now at a reasonable price. Due to the keyboard coming to the end of it's production life, it's difficult to find and if you do find one, the price is always re-quoted to sub-crazy amounts. <br> <br> Not so with Tesla Tech, the price on their website was the ACTUAL, no adjustments necessary, no quibbles price! From the next few emails with Sean about fetching the product as our locations were close enough, it became evident customer service is a top priority for Sean and Tesla Tech! <br> <br> I cannot reccommend Tesla Tech enough for their great, quick efficient to the point service! I will definitely be using them again.
