i have been in contact with multichoice regarding the cancellation of my contract with them, i explained that i am cancelling because i am sharing a house with someone who already has a contract with them. it has been 4 months that i am paying for something that i am not using, everytime i call i am being told that my request has been escalated to the head office and they will call me within 2 working days which they never do. kindly assist herein
I bought a voucher from Groupon for a photoshoot with Angelic arts photographer. We arranged for the date of 31 January 2015. All went well and Michelle was supposed to give my pictures within 2 weeks, 6 Months down the line she and her husband Nico have been coming up with stories and already I paid. Please if you can kindly resolve this problem for me.
