They own and operate other property around South Africa. They Dropped us last minute for a longer booking for more money and gave us no options 2 days before arriving and that was using a reputable booking site. We travel frequently and use a lot of services for work purposes and i will definitely not recommend this place. Not only did they drop us 2 days before a long weekend after confirming the booking and taking payment, they left us with no other options and no cares. They do not honor the first come first serve system. Stay Away
I was in one of your stores recently and was told by the store assistant that you do repairs on damaged sunglasses. They even fetch and drop off the glasses from your work! So I sent an email to repair@sunglasshut and i got a response with a form and details on how to submit the repair with an indident number. "New Incident #384,719 Sunglass Repair" I then responded with the completed form and photos as required. I have not received a response since. I have emailed the same thing about 5 times now and I still haven't got a quote for the repair or any response for that matter. Which is a simple one of just replacing a smashed lens. The ********** email address keeps bouncing back like it doesn't exist! I have bought a few Ray Ban sunglasses from you over the years for my wife and family too, but this is the first time ive required some after sales service or a repair and the service is shocking!!! Not to mention my previous pair lenses started to peal just after the 2 year warranty and i was told by the friendly salesman "rather buy a pair that has a frame around the lenses, they last longer!" But now I accidentally break them and cant even beg them to take my money to repair it! Can you PLEASE let me know what hoops i need to jump through to get my sunglasses repaired or even how to get a human response!! Because I give up!
People beware! I got called from MSI and did some research, the stem from Instastocx (Check them out on hellopeter).<br> They are fraudsters, scam artists and liars who have been changing their name for years doing the same scheme. Offering \trading software at just R200 per month or some kak"<br> Do NOT believe the salesmen!<br> Do NOT give out any credit card details!<br> They will charge your credit card with R20k and hide behind some contractual loophole!<br> Stay away from these liars and cheats!
