My experience with the Flexiclub website was not satisfactory. It was slow, painfully so, and on top of that it could not find any available dates for any of the resorts that I selected (maybe a back end timeout issue?) Please address the website. BUT..... on 31 Dec 25 I knew that it was the last day to use my points that would expire on the day so I decided to call the call center. What a fresh experience!!! Mershin Naidoo picked up, was friendly from the first hallo, sorted my looong holiday request at the resort I required while not having to move between units. He is the reason I am giving a 4 star and the website is the reason for not giving 5 stars.
