GETTING NOWHERE
3June CT-JHB 10am flight. we received no notification from either Travelstart or Skywise of change in schedule times. we were well in time for our flight which when on arriving was told it was due to leave at 9am and we were late for checking in. They promised to refund us our money at the booking office and to date we have received nothing. They blame Travelstart who did not receive any notification either. Now I received notification that as we were a no-show for the 9am flight no refund will be paid to us. But we were well in time for our 10am flight and we were totally unaware of the change in times. Sitting with a 3 month old baby, we had to book and pay for another flight home. Please could you see if you can get anywhere with Skywise. Thank you

3 JUNE FLIGHT CHANGE WITHOUT NOTIFICATION
My daughter Jodi and I along with her 3 month old baby arrived at the Cape Town International Airport for our return flight to Johannesburg yesterday morning 3 June well in time for our 10am flight with Skywise and confirmation of our booking in hand. To our dismay we were told that the flight was due to depart at 9am. Time schedule had changed. We were not notified of any changes. So we proceeded to Skywise booking office along with dozens more frustrated passengers. We were told that they could either refund us our money or we could wait for their 6.15pm flight. Also that it was Travelstarts responsibility 110% and they were at fault for not notifying passengers. But in desperate need to get home with an infant, we scouted around for the next best flight home. Mango came to the rescue and we had to pay an astronomical amount to get home. Please see attached confirmation and payment of our booking.This morning I contacted Travelstart office and spoke to a gentleman named Alastair, who spoke to his manager. I was told that they received no notification from Skywise about the change in time schedule and that it was totally Skywise's responsibility. However we await our refund!
