I'll Equipped staff, Manager has a bad attitude
<div>Staff are I'll equipped to do the job correctly. The In door unit was pulling off the wall, they came back and drilled additional holes, which pulled too. I sent them on their way and requested a manager to come see me. He arrived with the staff a 3rd time. I explained the holes where drilled too wide and not holding, usually that is a blunt drill bit or a drill bit corking. The manager then starts arguing with me without even looking at the holes drilled, he needs some lessons in customer service. They then tried to redrill the holes and reinstall 6mm nail anchors, which is all they had on hand, obviuosly that failed. The solution from 35 Years experience from my side as I've worked in Fire Engineering and Biometric access control systems was drill the hole 8mm and use the correct wall plug to hold that weight. They didn't have that, so I supp**** the 8mm nail anchors and the correct drill bit and drill to do the job too. **** had left not even looking at the job before or after, what a joke. I supervised and corrected the job. Again, ***** should not be a manger with that bad attitude of his and lack of knowledge is quite astounding. 3 stars I'm being very generous, it was a 1 star experience all round.</div>

Clown show, don't waste your time
If you wanted your time wasted with back and forth and promises, lack of communication, this clown show is for you. Look elsewhere, didn't even get to the order phase as their payment setup doesn't work for price match, you can't pay then online, promised me a link to pay, then no we can't do it, retraction and go to the other company. A week wasted with this nonsense.
