I signed up with SSG in August 2014 and also paid my deposit. They didn't follow the rules of the consumer protection act by informing me that were being bought over by ADT. <br> Installation was to take place on the 1st September 2014. They never pitched up. Installations were rescheduled and still no one pitched up. These were days taken off from work just for noone to come and do the job they were meant to do. I requested a refund because that kind of service from a security company makes me wonder how good their security is.<br> After numerous phonecalls and bad attitude they still haven't refunded my deposit.We are now a February 2015 which is 6 months later. I think my phonecalls may have already cost more than the deposit. They have a bad attitude and don't care about customers. ADT &
