SSG ****ING STUPID SECURITY
The security that they hired at Emerald Casino and Resort is absolutely pathetic. The security don’t know what is going on in their own work place, the incompetent from their side and clearly don’t know the first thing about the firearm act. No signage as to where the fit lockup is, absolutely no people skills and extremely rude. And then to still hire damn foreigners with no Psira competency. YOUR DAMN SECURITY NEED TO LEARN MANNERS BECAUSE THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL EVER COME HERE AND I WILL ADVISE MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO STAY AWAY AS WELL! Absolutely no manners when dealing with highly trained CPOs, they have no right to grab us and touch us they way that they did.

SSG security employee
Mr Nardo van niekerk an employee off SSG security in pretoria, has in my opinion maliciously reversed into my vehicle. He then tried to flee the scene. I was not far from my car at the time and was able to run to him and stop him before he could flee the scene. There were a multitude of car guards at the scene who had all been shouting for him to stop. He ignored them and reversed into my vehicle. When questioned as to why he did not stop reversing despite the warnings from all the car guards, he proceed to make derogatory remarks saying that they were a bunch of idiots and why should he listen to them. In a very sly manner he promised me that he would pay for all the damages and gave me his business card. As it was the 1st time I had been involved in such an incident I did not get vehicle particulars and or I.D information as I trusted he was a man of his word. Following the incident Mr van niekerk proceed to make empty promise after empty promise about arranging for the repair of my vehicle and has subsequently been ignoring all my calls and text messages. If this is the caliber of employee at SSG security I do not recommend that you should entrust your personal safety and security to a firm such as this. In my opinion employees of companies such as SSG security should have integrity and should be trustworthy. Sticking to their word. I have found mr van niekerk to be a devious and deceitful individual and a person I certainly should not have trusted. All subsequent interactions I have had with mr van niekerk have left me with great distaste and this now holds true for his employers SSG security. Although he was never explicity racial it is my opinion that mr van niekerk does indeed look down with prejudice on those who are not from the same race group as him. This is based on the derogatory manner in which he referred to the car park attendees and his subsequent condescending tone he has used with me over the phone, when I was trying to get him to be a man and own up to his responsibilities. I will never trust SSG security and I don’t think you should either!

6 months- no refund for services not performed
I signed up with SSG in August 2014 and also paid my deposit. They didn't follow the rules of the consumer protection act by informing me that were being bought over by ADT. <br> Installation was to take place on the 1st September 2014. They never pitched up. Installations were rescheduled and still no one pitched up. These were days taken off from work just for noone to come and do the job they were meant to do. I requested a refund because that kind of service from a security company makes me wonder how good their security is.<br> After numerous phonecalls and bad attitude they still haven't refunded my deposit.We are now a February 2015 which is 6 months later. I think my phonecalls may have already cost more than the deposit. They have a bad attitude and don't care about customers. ADT &
