Got hold of one of their sales people. Was handed over to a person to deal with my request. Ended up not using them and went with the bank as they could not be bothered with my account. After multiple emails to get it sorted from my side. Very poor communication. Lost about R6500 because of the delay. Bank helped me and I got it done in 2 hours compared to 2 weeks of waiting for currencies Direct.
