i bought my daughter school white sneakers at Ackermans Haartebees The Village Mall Magalies Boulevard and it was only one size ( size 1) i took it in sense in case they dont fit her i will go and exchange the size, unfortunately they didn't fit her. as i reside in Johannesburg North i went to check the sizes at Balfour park and Greenstone to no success, i then decided to go to Boulders Mall where a gentleman by the name of SENZI BEMBE at the store entrance ( to me thought he was the security guard) by funny as i requested to speak to the Manager he said he is the manager, according to him one right foot side has been worn and i explain to him that was the only size i found at Hartebees and its not possible for a child to only wear only 1 shoe and make it too dirty for the shoe to be exchanged- thats factual. my fact is one shoe size at the store its possible that other customers did fit their kids as well and might be the root cause of the dirtyness of the shoe, the reason why i bought them it was only one size. i asked the gentleman who he report to he said he reports to Gloria Maphasa who is currently on leave and no one is standing in for her, he said i rather sell the shoes and come back to buy another pair, if he refused to take the one fairly dirty shoe who will buy them that was the question i asked him then he said i must make a plan he want to help other customers
Im sadly writing on my younger sisters behalf who is working at Eltel unedr LULAWAY on internship i have need seen a company/ Agency treating employees as LULAWAY, she has rendered her services for the month of June but till today she hasn't got paid. The experience is so sad as its your 1st job/ internship then you experience such bad service nor treatment. My sister called the office at LULAWAY and spoke to THEMBANI AND KGAOGELO who both said will get back to her about after asking their payroll why she hasn't been paid. COMPANIES LIKE LULAWAY HONESTLY HAVE TO BE CLOSED AS THEY MISTREATING EMPLOYEES ESPECIALLY SCHOOL LEAVER WHO ARE BREADWINNERS WHO DON'T HAVE THE TUITION FEES TO CONTINUE THEIR STUDIES AND DEMOTIVATE THEM IN THE WORK INDUSTRY........THIS IS REALLY ****ING AS YOU CANT WORK WITHOUT BEING PAID. PATHETIC SERVICE FROM KGAOGELO AND YOU THEMBANI!! PUT YOURSELF IN MY SISTERS SHOES SHE LOST INTEREST OF WORKING ALL BECAUSE OF YOUR COMPANY AND ITS LIES. PLEASE PAY HER JUNE SALARY SO THAT SHE CAN LEAVE YOUR SCAM COMPANY. ITS THE 7TH FOR CRYING OUT LOUD.
TELKOM NORMALLY DEBIT MY ACCOUNT ON THE 28TH OF EVERY MONTH, I UPGRADED IN DECEMBER 2015 SO PRORATER OF R899.00 WAS UNSUCCESSFUL IN MY ACCOUNT BUT ATLEAST THEY MANAGED TO DEBIT ON THE 15TH OF FEB. REF NO: 4884399 <br> NAME OF TECHNICIAN: CHRIS- HUAWEI<br> <br> i logged a complain twice last year with regards to my ( Samsung S4) network issues, i finally got a call from Chris( TECHNICIAN) to book an appointment to come to my place, he did come on the 03/01/15 and apparently there is NO TELKOM NETWORK AT ALL AT MY AREA, as he explained to me that even if i can roam VIA MTN calls are still limited from receiving and outgoing.<br> <br> i asked him whats the action plan then he explained to me that (THERE IS NOTHING TO BE DONE) the person who helped me open my contract was supposed to check 1st with my area with regards to Network, so iv been paying for half service rendering, so im almost on my 2nd year still struggling cause when im at home my device doesnt work at all, and when i Roam there is additional charges as ill be on MTN Network( that i didnt sign up for) <br> <br> Telkom have to sort their issues with my Complain or is either they make a plan with their network/ hotspot issues or cancel my CONTRACT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT! cause to me its FRAUD AND MY ACCOUNT IS UP TODATE. <br> <br> I NEED ANSWERS AS TO WHY THIS HAS TO HAPPEN, NOT TELLING CUSTOMER THE TRUTH AND I CAN SUE THEM FOR THAT!
