The service from Roadtrippers has been great since I know about them 4 years back. Im glad that I never have to stress about finding information myself when I go on vacation. They help with everything from flight bookings to accomodation to excursions. It is such a relief knowing that I have a dedicated host in all the foreign countries that I have been with them. I love the vibe, we always come back feeling more like one family Keep it up roadtrippers. See you on my next vacation
I am very dissapointed and frustrated with our home affairs services. In May 2017 I applied for name amendment on my ID at the Centurion branch. To date my application has not been processed. Everytime I call the customer care I am told that the application is with a department that is supposed to effect the amendment. I was told the application takes min of 9 months, today its been 2 years already and I get the same feedback from the customer care.
On 10 Nov 2015 i called the samsung customer contact centre to get the procedure in terms of booking my Note 4 for free screen repair. I was told that there was no stock. Called again on 13 Nov and still there was no stock. I left my contact number for them to call when stock is available. Tshidi advised me to check after 2 weeks if they received any stock. I asked her if i should bring the phone in the meantime whilst waiting for stock and she said it wasnt necessary. This morning i called again to check was told there is stock available. I went to the store in kramerville to get screen replacement. Was told to provide proof of purchase whic i did. Alex refused to take my phone in for screen replacement saying the warranty expired in Nov as my phone was bought on 14 Nov 14. I explained to him that i called 3 times before the expiry date and they didnt have stock. He said i should have brought the phone to the store whilst waiting for stock. Something that Tshidi then said was not necessary. Tshidi did not dispute that i spoke to her in Nov & they were out of stock for a very long time. Why am i taken for a ride? What happened to integrity in this store? Very dissapointed & upset!
