This company is an absolute Joke to deal with . I hired a Sedan at Cpt Intl Airport and Dropped it off at PE Airport. Jumped through all the rental hoops..paid by credit card went on my way...upon drop off in PE staff are all inside sitting on chairs..no idea where to leave the car..one guy eventually comes out to help. Upon vehicle Inspection was told wheel cap badge had fallen off..R400...no.problem..so.i ask if I can pay...th3 manager stuffs that up so now I get told a.statement will be sent...( still waiting) upon contact by me told it will.come out of my deposit refund..which will take 7 days...( been 12 still waiting ) and today I call I'm told oh You need to request a form from us to give to your bank to release the funds ( never told that and still waiting for that e mail from 9am this morning).. This company is hopelessly inept in all respects..no one knows what the way forward is ( Sani do some training) and when you ask for.somethinh.its empty promises...and yes I am still.waiying for my money.. Public..save urself some pain use Europecar or First ...Sani is way off the mark ( I guess that's why you so cheap No staff training and generally a mess )
Really **** Quality Clothing and service 3 belts have snapped at the buckle...cheap "leather" really poor Colour runs badly on the black "jeans" I bought aswell as the stud falling out..I washed by hand to see for myself after being told and wow the whole bath was black with the colour..really really **** quality The staff have no clue other than just a size and when asked about cuts or leg length just shrug and say ja it's the size...and then you get the naafi after that.. This is an untapped market pity the powers that be at Eagle deliver such **** to the public. I see many people have same issues...pity..
<p>I booked return flights from Cape Town to Vienna and selected my seats.Emirates Airline confirms the itenerary with numrous mails.Departure day arrives and all is well and I have my seats accordingly..the return was not so smooth.Upon asking in Vienna on check in to allocate selected seats I was assured all was well. Vienna to Dubai was great however Dubai to Cpt wa a problem..54B had become 44B..now not being a small guy and being placed inbetween 2 men is not pleasant..I politely spoke to the cabin controller and she tried her best to sort out the issue..the nett result was I was shunted around the cabin causing disruptions..I was not pleased!! Emirates have yet to respond to my comments on THEIR WEBSITE..what is the point of being to select YOUR seats or use YOUR site when no one responds to what You pay for...and this was 18 July..sorry Emirates poor form I will rather pay more and use an organised airline next trip I make.. </p>
Upon arrival we were told to pay a cover charge of R80 each for a Depeche Mode cover band. Just after 9pm we were told the show would begin in 10 min..1st time in SA it was billed..we waited patiently to the DJ and his mate doing their thing...at 11.48 pm I enquired when it would start....I was abruptly told Check Facebook show times...their act quickly got on stage after my enquiry..11.55pm a sound check was done..00.02 the first song was played...00.52 the last song was played..I dont mind paying ever,but dont take me for a schmuck! It was the DJ and his sidekick as THE COVER BAND!!! What a rip off an let down...and this from alot of people inside aswell...GUYS TAKE A HINT..GIVE IT UP!! I will never return to a place that rips the public off with amateur night
