Poor and repulsive service

Tried to book my car in for a service, asked for a quote and never received one, phoned again and the call got bounced twice waiting for the service department to answer, then the receptionist said they would phone me back and as I was waiting for the first response I simply asked if they would do that after which she proceeded to verbally attack me over the phone as I was somehow out of line with my question. Totally unacceptable
