Horrible Service. Higher Expectations

<p>Me and hubby went on a Date Night Monday the 10th of July so we decided to go to Carnival City's Harvest Grill and Wine as they have this special on Ribs. </p> <p>We ordered our food and drinks which came quick. But after that we waited more than 20min to be served by our waiter it was eat as much as you like but the waiter never came to ask would we like more Ribs. We had to get another waiters attention to get hold of our waiter.</p> <p>Eventually our waiter came with another plate of Ribs but still no drinks.</p> <p>And so it continued our waiter again went missing in action didn't serve us never came to see if we would like more ribs or if we needed more drinks.</p> <p>So he eventually brought another round of ribs only to find cold ribs in between the hot ones. </p> <p> </p> <p>When the waiter brought the ribs I said to him please bring our bill because I really couldn't sit and wait another half an hour for the food he took almost another 30min just to bring the bill.</p> <p> </p> <p>This experience was bad - me and hubby don't get much time together with our kiddies and we never have date nights.</p> <p>We were so dissapointed to have spend R300 at this Restuarant which to me is alot of money and only to find cold meat and a waiter who clearly didn't care about serving us!!!</p> <p>This was unexpected from this what looks like a fancy restuarant. </p> <p>I still wanted dessert but who wants to wait and wait and wait!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>You need to really investigate the waiter that served us... I didn't take his name. But If you go back on your video footage you will see us there WAITING!</p>
