Worst experience I’ve ever had in my dining experience life.
It was my mother’s birthday I decided to spend it in Polokwane my home town , Harvest grill & wine was the place as we supposed to enjoy a waiter by Boikokobetso was just rude, impatient, inattentive, how she doesn’t drink alcohol as if we stupid drunked my God my Mom was stunt, the manager on duty was Dominic my guy was just on another plane. I’m sorry Mom

Worst experience I’ve ever had in my dining experience life.

NEVER IN MY LIFE !!!!
I’ve never experienced worst service like I did yesterday night!!! On a very special day myself and my wife decide to go out for her birthday, we want to try something new… So we decide to go to HARVEST GRILL & WINE in Carnival City…. WORST MISTAKE EVER!!! Firstly we waited 5 mins plus to be seated mind you this restaurant is empty (maybe about 20 people)… we finally get seated and told someone will come get our order… Now the waiting begins yet again 15mins in we still waiting???? My wife at this time not pleased with my choice I manage to calm her down and suggest we give them a chance boy was I wrong to stop her from walking out that place!! Finally we get someone who was cleaning the tables to come and take our order, we are then miss informed about the Wednesday special (not much of a special because the food was as bad as the service)… the waiter goes into the kitchen for another 20mins now we asking ourselves if the waiters are also the chief’s? Food and drinks finally come and we left there no asking if we need any sauces NOTHING… I had to get up to another table and ask them to borrow their sauces OH MY G!!! and you call that a restaurant…. We even asked to speak to the manager guess what manager is not there they said…… now at this time I’m ready to leave as I’m not enjoying the food and the BAD service…. Our bill comes and the bill is WRONG by this time I’ve had It and just paid the STUPID Bill so I could get the HELL out of there…. Guys if you don’t fix things there you will be out of service and fast.. Anyone who’s thinking of going there PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!

SUNDAY BUFFET (CARNIVAL CITY) - VERY IMPRESSED
We decided to try the Sunday buffet at Harvest Grill & Wine, Carnival City on 17 Sept 2017. My husband and I were very impressed with the food. Good selection of food (not a massive selection but as mentioned, a good selection, which I find perfect as quality is better than quantity) and it was well prepared and tasty. It was definitely value for money and we will be back. Thanks to the chef and all staff who were involved in the preparation of "Sunday Lunch"!

Horrible Service. Higher Expectations
<p>Me and hubby went on a Date Night Monday the 10th of July so we decided to go to Carnival City's Harvest Grill and Wine as they have this special on Ribs. </p> <p>We ordered our food and drinks which came quick. But after that we waited more than 20min to be served by our waiter it was eat as much as you like but the waiter never came to ask would we like more Ribs. We had to get another waiters attention to get hold of our waiter.</p> <p>Eventually our waiter came with another plate of Ribs but still no drinks.</p> <p>And so it continued our waiter again went missing in action didn't serve us never came to see if we would like more ribs or if we needed more drinks.</p> <p>So he eventually brought another round of ribs only to find cold ribs in between the hot ones. </p> <p> </p> <p>When the waiter brought the ribs I said to him please bring our bill because I really couldn't sit and wait another half an hour for the food he took almost another 30min just to bring the bill.</p> <p> </p> <p>This experience was bad - me and hubby don't get much time together with our kiddies and we never have date nights.</p> <p>We were so dissapointed to have spend R300 at this Restuarant which to me is alot of money and only to find cold meat and a waiter who clearly didn't care about serving us!!!</p> <p>This was unexpected from this what looks like a fancy restuarant. </p> <p>I still wanted dessert but who wants to wait and wait and wait!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>You need to really investigate the waiter that served us... I didn't take his name. But If you go back on your video footage you will see us there WAITING!</p>

IMPRESSED - EARTH HOUR on 25 March 2017
<p>I was very impressed with Harvest Grill & Wine at Carnival City on Saturday night as they actually went out of their way to acknowledge Earth Hour from 08h30 - 09h30, well done to Management there!! I must say after having "not so good" meals and bad service at Harvest Grill & Wine in the past, we are experiencing good service and good meals (the last twice). I had vowed that I would never eat there again but I am slowly getting my trust back in Harvest Grill & Wine - keep it up and we will be back again and again!!</p>

<p>I was very impressed with Harvest Grill & Wine at Carnival City on Saturday night as they actually went out of their way to acknowledge Earth Hour from 08h30 - 09h30, well done to Management there!! I must say after having "not so good" meals and bad service at Harvest Grill & Wine in the past, we are experiencing good service and good meals (the last twice). I had vowed that I would never eat there again but I am slowly getting my trust back in Harvest Grill & Wine - keep it up and we will be back again and again!!</p>

Check you Bill before paying
We had supper at Harvest Grill &Wine at Carnival City Casino.<br> We had our supper and i must be honest, i never check my bill, i only check the next morning as i am too trusting.<br> I paid the bill and on our way home, my husband asked me why our bill is so high. Left it until this morning.<br> We have been overcharged as our bill was loaded with alcohol we did not drink.<br> My husband had one castle light, i had one glass of red wine.<br> We were charged for 2 beers, 4 Jagermeisters, i Bells and a sodawater we did not order.<br> I know i should have checked my bill, but i did not and that still does not give them the right to add things to your bill you did not use or order.<br> I am wondering how many people this has happened to..<br> Needless to say, i will never have supper at the Harvest Grill and Wine again.<br> We were overcharged with R 153.00<br> <br>
