I sent two emails with photos, complaining about weavings and worms in a fresh pack of Iwisa maize meal purchased locally. I never received any response.
Customer Service non-existing. For nearly four months I have been trying to get a R360 overdeduction out of them. Emails are not answered. I am only a private guy, a pensioned small customer, who had only two vehicles on Netstar, reduced to one and I have now cancelled the last one. In the past 13 years only, I have paid Netstar nearly R50,000 in monthly premiums. Too much trouble to re-pay R360??
