Paying for advertising and dont deliver

I Paid for a banner on the Zomato website, after a few weeks I decided to go on their website to see my advertisement. I was told that there are only a certain amount of space and the sooner I pay the more likely I am to get a good spot on the page,I paid Zomato in full, but no advertisement was placed at all. After I have spoken to Gayle (signed the contract with her) she is telling me that they have procedures and india needs to refund them, I have no idea what india has to do with the matter. I still have not received any advertisement nor refund. I explained to her that this is unethical, she took offense to this as they as procedures. Clearly these procedures are only followed when a client did not get what they paid for. Please guys watch out for this website.
