Untrustworthy App and Website
What seems to have started out as an independent and unbiased restaurant app for both consumers and restaurant, has silently seen where there bread is buttered and has abandoned the consumer. I regularly write a review, as of late when the review is positive it is posted, however, a negative review is pulled within hours. Zomato clearly only protect the interests of restaurants and as such I will never trust the reviews, as they are filtering what suits them, the really bad reviews are quietly binned. I took the time out to write to Zomato and ask why my bad (as mentioned, the good ones were posted) reviews (we eat out a lot) were removed, they answered in a very vague way saying my bad posts were seen as spam. My posts are so far removed from spam, it is ludicrous that they even use this angle. I am always very detailed as to why I rated a restaurant poorly, citing exact food ordered, circumstances etc etc. Zomato has become a total farce and purvey restaurant propaganda by exercising this bias against the consumer. Shame on you Zomato.

Zomato
I have tried to get our Restaurants menu removed from the Zomato webpage but still facing problems with this. We are not a member for Zomato and do not which to be a member of Zomato. We are loosing customers as the wrong menu is posted without permission. Called the Area Manager, and he informed that Zomato closed down. Now I need to struggle and deal with people in India that is no help at all.

I have tried to get our Restaurants menu removed from the Zomato webpage but still facing problems with this. We are not a member for Zomato and do not which to be a member of Zomato. We are loosing customers as the wrong menu is posted without permission. Called the Area Manager, and he informed that Zomato closed down. Paying for advertising and dont deliver
I Paid for a banner on the Zomato website, after a few weeks I decided to go on their website to see my advertisement. I was told that there are only a certain amount of space and the sooner I pay the more likely I am to get a good spot on the page,I paid Zomato in full, but no advertisement was placed at all. After I have spoken to Gayle (signed the contract with her) she is telling me that they have procedures and india needs to refund them, I have no idea what india has to do with the matter. I still have not received any advertisement nor refund. I explained to her that this is unethical, she took offense to this as they as procedures. Clearly these procedures are only followed when a client did not get what they paid for. Please guys watch out for this website.
