Worst Service Ever!!! Would never go back and not recommend them to anybody.
After hundreds of times phoning to customer service, this "fantastic" service provider still manage to suspend my line. I am getting so sick of Telkom. Yesterday I phoned about 20 times, could be more, they then request a Manager to phone me back. I am still waiting. This is really a disgrace of a service. They take money off your bank as they please, when they want. Just ignoring the debit date. This is placing people in a bad situation with banks. They double debit me on two different days. And they just don't care. Are there anybody that can be contacted to get this problem solved?
I have tried to get our Restaurants menu removed from the Zomato webpage but still facing problems with this. We are not a member for Zomato and do not which to be a member of Zomato. We are loosing customers as the wrong menu is posted without permission. Called the Area Manager, and he informed that Zomato closed down. Now I need to struggle and deal with people in India that is no help at all.
