J WATER mistakenly cut off my water in stead of my neighbor. Which is the most ridiculous thing ever to begin with . Such incompetence is unacceptable at all levels. It's been 3 days without watre., and they missed their damn 24hr turnaround time. This is the **** service we get under the new mayor!!!!!
Horrible service. I did my past three Renault car services at Renault The Glen, and it got worse each time. The last sercice I took my car in on a Friday, it was NOT SERVICED AT ALL!! I was told to bring the car again on Monday. Their driver never picked me up on both day, I had to figure out how to get there. On Monday they claimed to have serviced the car, and replaced the filters, when I asked for the replaced parts I was told it's not possible. I was told to bring back the car again for changing breaks. This wasn't the first time.
Inconclusive billing procedure, I'm always owing even after I just paid. I'm only connected for about two weeks. This is bul**** I'm canceling, it's useless anyways
