I have been trying to open an account for two weeks now - same error on login and although the staff are extremely friendly I still have the issue. When phoning in I need to explain the same issue to numerous people and am assured someone will call back which seldom happens . I expected far more and extremely dissapointed. I still don't have an open bank account
6 days after payment was made and still no goods have been received. A friend warned me about using builders warehouse due to their poor service and delayed order deliveries and I chose to move forward anyway. You do not have a good reputation in the market and your in store service is shocking - perhaps you should consider banning cell phones from your floor staff as they are far more interested in their small screens than they are in helping customers. You guys need to be aware that Leroy are killing you in the market and if you want to stay in business you guys all need to up your game
I report alarm not working to 24/7 They send technician Technicians report says alarm not work They request payment of R748 for a call out fee to tell me what i told them in the first place 5 weeks later still no report or quotation on repairing the system, however, I receive a call weekly from the accounts department to pay the callout fee I wouldn't touch this business for domestic purposes
