Extremely Bad Service
11/11/2019 I was so excited to take my kids/family to Hooked to enjoy their Malva Pudding, as i was referred by colleagues (about 30 people from Capitec) who were taken to Hooked for a 3 course meal... i was extremely dissapointed in the service received. I would not call that a malva pudding as it was a big dry piece of cake, which seemed it was over baked with no sauce whatsoever, and so little ice cream. My daughter told me, "mom your malva pudding is way better than this, i was totally embarrased as i bragged about a place to my kids that i have never been to. WHAT A DISSAPPOINTMENT. I asked the waitress to tell the manager about this horrible encounter...the manager did not have any decency to come me to find out or apologise for the pathetic service. That was my first and will be my last time visiting Hooked.
