<p>I contacted Nedbank over 3 weeks ago to request a bulk amount to be transferred to my Australian bank account as we URGENTLY need to purchase a vehicle.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was sent forms to complete and send back via registered mail which was dome about 3 weeks ago. To date, Nedbank has not received the forms. I have been calling every week to get assistance on who and how Nedbank (our bank for over 10 years) can assist us. Instead I get shoved from pillar to post and end up at my branch - Florida Goldman Street Roodepoort and get more forms to complete and requested to send back via registered mail.</p> <p>It is becoming quite frustrating to deal with an institution where you had your vehicles, home and insurance financed through and yet when you advise them that you are going overseas, nobody has the decency or knowledge to tell you about Fax indemnity. I am disgusted by the attitude and service I am receiving.</p>
I still believe it's a great organisation and one can make a success of it BUT when you have an upline (managers) that lie to you, squeeze your last cent out of you and chase your prospects away by been way too forceful, then you don't stand any chance.<br> <br> To ALL who decide to join...BE VERY CAREFUL. You could end up with less then you started with.
My wife and I have been in and out of Keywest Krugersdorp branch to cancel ALL our policies with Old Mutual. The problem we are facing is that everytime we receive confirmation that ALL policies have been cancelled, we get billed at the end of the month AGAIN and AGAIN.<br> <br> Is this Insurer so desperate for business??? Why don't they want to let us go. We do not want any dealings with them, especially the Keywest Krugersdorp Branch.<br> <br> I made my last call now and was requested to send an instruction through for the cancellation...HOW MUCH MORE MUST WE DO. OLD MUTUAL...PLEASE RELEASE ME.
Today is the second time we here this week. All we require is passports for our kids and the incompetent and unsympathetic staff talk more than assist. There is no courtesy and no sharing of information. WHAT DO WE PAY TAXES FOR? Everything in this government is stuffed up and deteriorating very quickly. It's a sad state of affairs.
In April 2014, I was called by Florida Nedbank to collect my new gold card. On receipt of the card, I was not told to link my Greenbacks. I use my card to pay literally everything and now when I want to use it to book flights, I get told my points has expired.<br> <br> I called in and spoke to the Manager Craig and Segrie and Prasheeka. To date still not closed out. I receive a statement this morning at 7h23am from Mangele, Z. (Zimbini) [Email Removed] reflecting zero points.<br> <br> SOMEONE PLEASE HELP, EVEN IF IT'S STEVE...
