Our business has been loyal customers of Xerox Newcastle, but lately we have received the worst service from them. From a representative disrespecting our staff to not being able to fix our machine and giving us a slow replacement until ours is fixed. They cannot give any feedback on the progress of the work on our machine.
The service is fast, reliable and very professional
I went to buy oil from Hinterland Amersfoort this afternoon at 16:50 the door was closed but I thought it was due to the coldish weather. As I approached the door the door was shut close and locked right in front of me. When I got into my car, the workers came out and went home. This is unacceptable, if they indicate that they close at 17:00 they should only close their doors at that time but even the staff all left before the indicated time.
My husband and I arrived in Alexandria after driving 1324km, we couldn't go past Alexandria as the car was empty and the filling station was closed until the next morning. We arrived there at 23h15 and went looking for accommodation, when I contacted Quin's B&B a woman answered, was very angry. When I asked if they had place for us she said \at this time of the night NO\" and dropped the phone. We had to sleep in the car. If you are in this industry, you have to treat your customers kindly and have simpathy if they are in trouble and need a place to sleep."
