I placed an order on 20/09/2025 and paid R1400.00. Have still NOT received anything... when tracking my order it says enroute!!

BAD SERVICE FROM PLATINUM LIFE
I have been contacted on numerous occasions regarding Platinum Life Each time I refuse to take a policy out until I interacted with someone that had cancer. Erika from Platinum Life happened to call me and after much deliberation, I decided to take out a policy. I was asked which promotional gift I would like to choose. I have chosen the perfume. Much to my dismay, I have still received nothing. I was also phoned and requested to furnish them with 40 leads, which I did, I was promised a gift voucher from Isabella Garcia of R1000,00. I have still not received this voucher. My first instalment for my policy has already been deducted. This just seems as though so many promises are made and yet NOTHING is forthcoming. EXCEPTIONALLY BAD SERVICE!!!!
