I bought couches from Rochester, one couch broke and was taken for repairs. It has been 4 months, I keep phoning and they keep promising to phone me back- the only call backs I receive is that they want to come and COLLECT the broken couch. Seriously? Where's my couch? Why aren't they delivering my couch? Did they lose my couch? This couch is quickly becoming the bane of my existence. Hands down the worst customer service ever. 0/5 stars- would not recommend- at all. Rather get a crate and sit on that, cheaper and surely less hassle to repair.
They keep phoning and asking for my husband because the manager wants to speak with him, what a joke, like anybody cares about the 'manager' in the first place. I keep telling them this is not his number, now they threaten to close his bank account. They are such chancers acting like they have any authority over anything, while actually being bottom feeders who go around irritating the living **** out of ordinary hard working citizens.
