I have ordered a bed and couch in November 2020 to this day i have not received my order and they claim to have 4 to 6 weeks lead time. I paid 50% deposit for the couch and about 85% for the bed. I tried numerous times to contact the business via emails , whatsapp , phone calls all in vain. They eventually delivered the bed which was the wrong size , colour and design. When i told them that this is not the bed i ordered i was told that i will be given 10% discount to keep the bed but my concern was i ordered a Queen Bed they delivered King so it means i have to buy new mattress and new bed lined for the bed that i did not order. I am beyond frustrated with Furniture Artisans and i have concluded that they have given me no choice but to take the matter to the legal team and they think i am bluffing. I requested to speak to the CEO and somebody named Smart sent me an email telling me that their factory caught fire and there is a delay on orders his email address has no signature , no phone number nothing , seriously why was i not told that their factory caught fire before i demanded the furniture that i ordered. They have zero customer service , zero communication skills and definitely zero customer care. They don't value you as a customer once they receive your money they forget about you. This whole ordeal has caused a wedge between my husband and I because when he discouraged me and told me that Furniture Artisan is a scam i convinced him to give them a chance. All i want is my money back so that i can go buy at a furniture store where they care about servicing their clients. They are no longer taking my calls , responding to Emails or Whatsapp messages. My lawyer must just deal with this whole drama i no longer have energy to fight for what i paid for. I told my mom about Furniture Artisan and she was ready to order from them once she sees our bed and couch , i was also going to order more items i am glad i didn't. I will never recommend anyone to buy even a tea s**** from Furniture Artisan unless if you are willing to fight for what you paid for. It is such a disgrace for a company that it is supposed to be giving their clients quality furniture but you must beg them to just give you an update on your order. Unhappy Customer
<p>I booked an appointment with Thuli Nkushubana at Absa Business Banking Silverton , i have met her a year ago about a similar problem and received the same bad service. I have a business account with Absa that i have been trying to close for over a year , that account has funds in it. Thuli told me a year ago that the business needs to be deregistered before i can close off the account a year later i went back becuase the business has now been deregistered. She now tells me that the business must be active before she can close off the account in the time being Absa deducts monthly service charges from that account which i still dont understand that if the account is blocked and inactive why is Absa deducting monthly charges?. I have tried numerous times to close off the account in vain. I cannot deposit or withdraw from that account because of its status. I asked Thuli to guide me in closing the account all she did was just to tell me that the law doesnt allow the account to be closed. What frustrates me the most is that she told me that i must wait for final deregistration which i did , now she tells me that the business must be active before she can close off the account. Her service was horrendous she seemed annoyed that i came to see her even though i booked an appointment with her and had a reference number. I need assistance to close off the Absa business account please. It seems that i have been sent from pillar to post, i left Absa still with no help or guidance on how to get that account closed.I am tired of paying service fees of an account that i am not even using.</p>
