Good day. I would like to inform you that I was at your restaurant in Dullstroom on 14/2. Been going there for many years and took my son there for the first time. Been bragging to him about this for a long time. Just to arrive and be met by horrible service and rude staff. Even the owner or manager showing us our table was rude. I don't care if you are busy lady... That is no reason to be rude. You should be thankful in these times. Or maybe you spoiled?. So next we were assigned a waitress who took our order for drinks. A cappachino and a hot chocolate. After 30 min my son went to ask if we still get our drink. We then immediately received iced cold hot drinks. Lovely hey??? Needless to say we received our cold pancakes 45 minutes after ordering. I don't understand that in times like this people still tend not to focus on customer service. In lock down we cry and when we have a full shop we cant perform. Wake up!!!! Please don't spoil the experience for us. You know you are busy on Sundays. Do proper planning. Be friendly, be helpful and be informed. After all we are paying for a service. Thank you
The last few months I have had terrible experience at this animal hospital. First of all I am concerned with regards to their priorities. Do you truly care about the animals.? Or is this just a money making scheme. Be sure that when you enter this premises you will not be greeted friendly. You will have a chance to quickly explain yourself and then be informed how much R this will put you back. Oh and so sarcastic. No compassion from any of the staff. Rude assistants. I wonder if they sometimes still realize that we are paying customers. Anyway I will never ever go back to this animal hospital agan and will also not recommend to anyone at all. They are the only vet in our area and they are abusing that. I will rather drive to town. Please rethink why you went into this industry. Are you there for the right REASONS? is there any criteria you use to recruit your assistants as I am sure they should have some sort of people skills?
Very disgusted with ITC as I have been trying to clear my name since October 2014.<br> never get through to any numbers of them,,,when i do get through to a zulu speaking person,,,,she refused to help me as she only help zulu customers.....now that is racist. Will take this as far as i can.<br>
Very unhelpful Manager....no managerial skills. No communication skills. Very rude. Will never buy from that store again as he came across as racist also
