Worst Customer service + lack of transparency, dishonesty and questionable theft/ ********* behaviour.
BUDGET INSURANCE IS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL, THEY OFFER THE WORST SERVICE AND THE STAFF THERE DOES NOT SHOW SYMPATHY WHEN DEALING WITH ONE'S CLAIM..THEY TREAT YOU LIKE YOU NOT THEIR CLIENT WHEN YOU NEED HELP, BUT THEY'RE VERY QUICK TO CONVINCE YOU TO SIGN UP...RIGHT NOW I'M SITTING WITHOUT A VEHICLE BECAUSE THEY NOT HELPING ME, INSTEAD THEY ACCPETING EVERYTHING THE 3RD PARTY SAYS TO THEM WITHOUT CONSIDERING HOW THAT AFFECTS THEIR CLIENT..I'M NOT GONNA TYPE EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED BECAUSE ITS TOO LONG, BUT BUDGET NEEDS TO PULL UP THEIR SOCKS BEFORE THEY LOSE THEIR WHOLE CLIENT BASE..THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT (RECOVERIES) TO BE PRECISE..THEY REALLY SHOULD LOOK AT THE WAY THEY WORK..THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!!
