Best service i ever received at affordable prices. They excell in what they do and no return job
I delivered my car on 20 February2023 to Renewit, Greenstone for the repairs. From that day (20 February 2023) of my delivery I never received any communications with regard to the repair progress. My car was just kept in their premises for two weeks without being attended to. Two weeks after that I contacted the repairer to check the status, however I was told "the car is still on the second assessment to see if there are unforeseen damages in the car". Week 3 I called again and I was then told the car passed the assessment process and they will be now ordering the parts. Today marks a full month but nothing has been done in the car, the status still shows "We still waiting for the parts ordered". 1) Why do you accept jobs if you know you have a lot in your plate and you cannot meet a turn around time? 2) Why does it take such a long time to fix a mere rear bumper? are you manufacturing or you ordering the parts? Please show some respect to your clients and treat us with honor .
Hello Peter, I am a community of Giyani where i receive my medical needs at Khensani Hospital. On 11 Oct 2018 my brother was hospitalised as he suffered from some chronic disease. I arrived at a hospital around 9:00, but i was only attended around 12:00 as the nurses told me that "they are still waiting for the Doctor to arrive". Mind you the patient is very sick and he was in serious pains. After we were told to wait for the Doctor he was not given anything to help with pains not even a drip. He was screaming and complaining about the pain but none to help us. The Doctor then arrived at to 12 and admitted him as he said that he could see my brother is "very sick". The Doc then opened the file and gave it to one of the nurses. To my surprise nothing was prescribed on the file to help with the sickness. I ran to the Doc to find out while there is no any medication to give my brother. The Doc apologised and said he forgot to write and he then prescribed some tablets. Around 16:00 i left my brother in the hospital to go home so that i can return the following day to check on him. On my arrival around 09:00 i saw my brother was worse than the previous day. I asked if he is fine he said he is very sick. He told me since he was attended to the time i was around no one came to check on him. He further told me that he fell from the bed around 22:00 and he called nurses for assistance but they never came to help him. The two patients who were admitted with him helped by waking him up. One of the patient went to call the nurses but they never came. One of the nurses came around 01:00 all she did was to ask who fell and then left without even checking on him. I was so angry to hear about the incident and i confronted the nurses but i was not given any explanation of what really happened. To make the story short, i asked for the hospital to discharge him so i can take him to another hospital inn Gauteng. I drove the whole night from Giyani to Johannesburg with him and my mom and took him to the hospital in Randburg. He was attended and given a proper medical attention. he is now recovering and doing well. Peter I plea with you to help with this before many lives are lost because of poor management and carelessness of the hospital officials. Last year my aunt died in the same hospital and my cousin died because they were not given any medication. Please intervene to save more lives before its late!!!
