My car was in an accident with repair work needed for a new bumper. The dealership called me to bring in my car on 22nd March as they have received the parts. I did tell Louren that my rim had also been damaged and I didn't have it on the original quote- he said he would sort it out and call my insurance. two days later i got an sms to say the car would be ready on 7th April. I had a courtesy car arranged with my insurance until this date. I then tried to contact Maria from Alberante as she was my repair consultant and left countless amount of msgs - no response. I eventually got through to Louren on 5th April. I then asked him if the rim had been sorted - to which he said he would call me back in 10mins. 45mins later and no call back , then i called him and he said someone else failed to send it to the assessor!What nonsense is that. The next morning he sends me an email to say that the assesor did not approve it. I called my insurance and within 30mins got it approved - 6th April. I sent the docs to Alberante and they said that it would take a few more days to get repaired and they would let me know a date- to this day i have not received a date. my car is still there
