I was so impressed with this company - but my recent experience changed everything - So disappointed in Jockey. I had high expectations, but the item I bought - the stitching started to come out after 2 washes and they do not get back to me after sending them multiple emails to please assist in a return or exchange. They're just ignoring me. They are not getting any SALE from me ever again...
The So-called manager at Pick n Pay Brackenfell - Mr M****lli had the audacity to lie in my face and say they don't have stock of the R47 - juices when a staff member confirm they have...When I asked him to show me the stock room he insisted I cannot see the stockroom.....The staff is buying the promotions and management tells the customers they don't have. Why dont they just remove the promotions...Terrible service.
In last week me and my wife went to buy meat at the shop and when we wanted to use the meat, a dead fly was inside the meat...I RETURNED the meat and demanded my money back....the person who assisted me advised they will advise the Butchery manager, up until today....NO Phone call from anybody at this well established company.....I mean really NOW!! If we did not see the fly inside the meat we would have food poison now. This left a real bad taste in my mouth about PnP.
Me and my BF booked into the hotel for the weekend. We needed to warm some food and the kitchen staff and management was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the great service, I will defo be booking my accommodations with this group. :)
Its like valentines, I was totally looking for something to get my BF. I am subscribed to RUbybox and got an email with the build a box for men, LIKE! OMG! totally amazing I know my shnukhum would enjoy it, like their selection is like most full sized products. When he received the package he was so happy and called to thank me , Thank you for making our valentines day special (heart) Rubybox...
I was at the Parow Centre branch to amend some of my account details and Mrs Fortuin was very helpful and assisted with what I needed. You should employ more people like her. She is very friendly and courteous.Thank you again!!!
I was up at the Kraaifontein ticket office @ 4am, and they were still closed. They opened at 5am and by that time I went to the Eikenfontein ticket office to get my ticket. I mean it was month end and it a new month you need to get to work not wait until they want to render proper customer service! Really you guys already mess the people around with the delayed trains, COME NOW METRORAIL!!! Get your act together!!
