I think Rubybox is a company that just sends out goodies to certain demographics, I signed up in 2018 and I have yet to receive something from them that suits my profile. A work colleague of mine received 4 boxes of goodies this past 2 months already and we express interest in the same products. I am very disappointed.

I am utterly appalled and disgusted with my ruby box sample I received today. It arrived in a blue man box( its usually pink box, as I am female and not man), with a broken perfume bottle, non sealed lip balm, tainted and appalling hand cream which looks as if it was stored away for years. It looks as if someone had just thrown old samples in one box, and delivered it to me. Please may I have this resolved as this is unacceptable and embarrassing. Thank you.

I can't believe what skelms Rubybox are! I cancelled my subscrition with them last year already because of poor service and its not worth it. Today the 03/07/2015 they decide to debit my account for nothing, without my concent!! Their telephone line is also not in use. What kind of company are you trying to run by scamming people?? I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

I cancelled my Rubybox subscription in April 2015, and today, 2 July they have taken money off my account. I don't have a debit order and the bank says Rubybox need to reverse the amount deducted from their side. So now, to get a refund out of a company that seems to have vanished into thin air and is still taking money?

I am currently holding for customer serivce (30 minutes and counting) - the recorded message is telling me I am customer 4 then 3 then 2 and then 1 and then it loops telling me I am customer 4 again... I have now given up after trying to get hold of any response via phone, email, facebook messaging or twitter! <br> <br> On Monday Rubybox debited my account for a second time after the montlhy allowed debit was already taken on the 2nd of June. I would like my monies refunded immediately! <br> <br> Secondly in May I received no Rubybox delivered to my and after countless phonecalls and emails I finally received delivery of the May box on the 4th of June. <br> <br> Currently today on the 17th fo June I still have not received my June box. <br> <br> What is going on over there at Rubybox!
