I purchased a Lenovo laptop to use for university assignments 2 months ago, and within the first week of having the laptop it would freeze and I would have to restart, thereby losing all my work. I took it in for repairs and they told me there is nothing wrong with it. I have continually had the same problem, and took it back last week where they again told me that they cannot help me. The laptop is BRAND NEW and I have been unable to complete any of my assignments due to not being able to work on it. I have also now tried to call in to Clearwater to speak to a manager, and I get put on hold for up to 15 minutes at a time. The customer service is appalling and I will be seeking legal advice should my problem not be resolved asap!!
After booking Rentokil for Pest Control service a week in advance, they did not pitch up and the excuse was that they went to the incorrect company. They did the same thing last year, and when the service was rescheduled they were 2 hours late. We have to vacate our office park in order for them to do the spray, and everybody went home early on Thursday when the spray was arranged for, and then they did not pitch up. The overall service received from Rentokil is pathetic to say the least and their excuses are always the same.
I cancelled my Rubybox subscription in April 2015, and today, 2 July they have taken money off my account. I don't have a debit order and the bank says Rubybox need to reverse the amount deducted from their side. When trying to call them, their phone number says its not available and the emails are not going through. So now, to get a refund out of a company that seems to have vanished into thin air and is still taking money?
