In December 2015 i settled my vodacom account and emailed proof and the premature cancellation quote to Retentions email add. as told. I called back 4 times this month to check and nothing has been done, i keep getting stories that its been escalated, my account is still active. The consultants are absolutely unprofessional and stupid. Im having no luck in finding out if my account is closed like it supposed to be. Can someone professional please assist in closing the account. My cell is 0825229629 and Ref no. is EC-0XSZ-2JQ5ER. And dont ask me to pay another cent!
I recieved my fnb sim on a friday and the next Monday i called to cancel and i was told i can only cancel by sending fnb an email which i did, its now Thursday and i havent recieved any responce from them. Can someone please call me urgently to cancel because i CANNOT stand the terrible network, i want to move back to my vodacom. Fnb data service is sky high and i cannot purchase my power hour and do many other things i could with my vodacom network. I Want to cancel and port my number back to vodacom like yesterday!! Please call me today!
I can't believe what skelms Rubybox are! I cancelled my subscrition with them last year already because of poor service and its not worth it. Today the 03/07/2015 they decide to debit my account for nothing, without my concent!! Their telephone line is also not in use. What kind of company are you trying to run by scamming people?? I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
