Got the device 2 months ago for 5G 24/7 but it was working 24/7 for the first week thereafter it disconnects at 7 or 8pm. I sent several quiries but to this day, Noone phoned me for support.
I am disgusted by the service I got there. From Thursday to Tuesday they failed to correct their service and still refused to refund me my money. Friday they asked for proof of payment payment and an email for cancellation which I did. I phoned countless times to check if they received my email. Only at 3pm they ask for my banking details which I provided. But to this day I didn't continue using their services and I still haven't gotten my refund. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone and I will be going to the media if they are still not refunding me after coming her. I want my money back as soon as possible from this hotel.
