Pathetic service,taking money from people
We paid upfront to have our name cleared They kept saying its cleared n docs ready but never sent to us and they numbers don't exist now 031 9401111

Disgusting service and full of lies from National ITC
Service is pathetic, took R 7000 for my husband and Myself, last 2 years been a nightmare, promised us all will be sorted, still waiting, landlines , cell numbers all don't exist. Sent emails, sent watts app messaged, no one responds. They seem to **** people and takes lots of money PATGHETIC

upset worh bad service
Paid so much and got a clearance certificate in June 2022 but to date I am still showing as under debt review with iTC. they don't take calls or return emails. so much of money we had to cough out for this service.

Pathetic Service
DSTV has the most terrible service ever, we took a pricelock and then rates when higher. I cancelled as it was not going to be on my name, i was still debited and now told that i must go reverse the charges myself but they do apologize for that. My daughter is waiting for the second month now for them to install the new package and we call daily and get promised it will be done and a manager will call us, TO DATE no manager has called us. Really DSTV is this how you treat customers but you too quick to cut if someone does not pay.

Pathetic Service
Most pathetic service and bags get broken and stuff stolen and 6 days later YOU get a call they will pay you r140 towards all you lost. AS FOR TBE CONSTANT DELAYS ON THEIR FLIGHTS IS ANOTHER ISSUE
