Our company vehicle broke down so through our insurance company we arranged for the vehicle to be towed to our regular servicing company.
The tow company collected the vehicle on a flatbed, WITH the correct delivery address.
The tow co inorrectly delivered the vehicle to Steering and Suspension centre who happen to be an authorised BOSCH service agent. This company had NO IDEA who the car belonged to and why it might have been dropped there. ALSO, they had NO authority to do ANYTHING to the vehicle. When we discovered the error, we called them, only to discover that they were already working on the car! We told them to stop.
When I went to collect the vehicle it was hot they immediately denied starting the car said it must have been delivered like that! (it was delivered to them early Monday morning it broke down on Friday!)They then told me that I must get out with my car because they wont discuss it anymore. In fact, the one person stood with his face right in front of mine and told me to get out. I DID NOT WANT IT STARTED as I was afraid of futher damage (my service co will assess this). THEY MUST ALWAYS GET AN OK from the owner BEFORE starting any work on a vehicle
We have had a few of our vehicles in for servicing and general repairs with BOSS Autoclinic and I must say that they have not let us down at all.

Honest and reliable. Max will tell you what's wrong and if he can't help (outside his expertise) he will tell you too.

Quick, efficient and reasonable pricing too.

Highly recommended
