On the 29th I took the car to Gani`s at 08h00. Myself and my wife traveled with two vehicles from Meyerton to Heidelberg. So we can leave the Ford and pick it up later because when I phoned for the booking the lady said it will take between two and three hours for the repairs. <br> (I did not take her name)<br> When I arrived at Gani`s to drop the vehicle for repairs I was informed there was no space for me and my booking was not booked. <br> The lady in front said they will make a plan but the vehicle will be ready at 16h00. <br> Me and my wife drove the 40km back to Meyerton. After 12h00 I was phoned by Gani`s to pick up my vehicle they don't have the time to sort out the problem. I need to bring it back on the 31st of January. <br> We drove 40km back to Heidelberg. We assist to speak to the manager he was apparently not available (Shiraz Gani).But he was sitting in his office.<br> So more of my time was wasted. I did not leave the vehicle and come back to Meyerton. <br> At the end we drove 160km wasted more than half of the day.<br> My vehicle was still not repaired...
