I bought a clutch kit for a Conquest 1.6 at Ganis auto spares in middelburg (Eastdene) 259 Cowen Ntuli street on,26/01/21 @08:35 for R850. Upon realizing i bought a wrong part i then went back 27/01/21 to the shop to request a refund as i didn’t require a clutch kit anymore.Part was not used (sealed n packaged as given the day before) The staff member there was rude and also racist in saying if it were a “White owned shop like (Middas spares),i wouldn’t have returned the part,he further went on to say i should **** off out their shop. I refused to leave without my refund subsequent to that they,charged me a handling FEE of R250 and only then did i leave. Felt belittled,cheated and disgusted at their customer service.

Ganis is always willing to assist and if they do not have spares they will get it same day still. Best service ever.

On the 22nd August i took the vehicle in for majour service and for a oil leake what the real reason was during the day i was called and was in form that the shart seal needs to be replace that case the oil leake we collected the vechle and paid R4252.45 i have the vehicle report,when we arrived home 15k i noted the oil is leaking heavy i refill 3 pine of oil in 3 days witch never happend before i took it in ,I took the vehicle back on Monday and was told by the Manager the top has gone and they need to open the engine and clutsh and presure plate needs to be replace it will cost +- R8200 and the vehicle is not gonna make us home .But still they have charge me for seal shaft and labour but it never leak there as i was told ,they recon i need a new car i have fix the problem and it only cost me less than R1800 repairs and labour

On the 29th I took the car to Gani`s at 08h00. Myself and my wife traveled with two vehicles from Meyerton to Heidelberg. So we can leave the Ford and pick it up later because when I phoned for the booking the lady said it will take between two and three hours for the repairs. <br> (I did not take her name)<br> When I arrived at Gani`s to drop the vehicle for repairs I was informed there was no space for me and my booking was not booked. <br> The lady in front said they will make a plan but the vehicle will be ready at 16h00. <br> Me and my wife drove the 40km back to Meyerton. After 12h00 I was phoned by Gani`s to pick up my vehicle they don't have the time to sort out the problem. I need to bring it back on the 31st of January. <br> We drove 40km back to Heidelberg. We assist to speak to the manager he was apparently not available (Shiraz Gani).But he was sitting in his office.<br> So more of my time was wasted. I did not leave the vehicle and come back to Meyerton. <br> At the end we drove 160km wasted more than half of the day.<br> My vehicle was still not repaired...
