Pathetic Service by World Remit
Transfer delayed and the *********** live agents give conflicting reasons. World Remit became such an unreliable transfer platform and to reach the customer care line is impossible. Pathetic service, never had an issue with MoneyGram or Western Union. I mailed the complaints e-mail several times but NO response.

Extremely poor systems
World Remit has ongoing issues with their Visa Card payment option, for a company that offers critical transfer services it is pathetic that they cannot solve the ongoing issue, dragging on for weeks now. Loyal customers are now forced to use alternative online international transfer options. Poor communication from World Remit re the issue and no due date in sight when the issue would be resolved

Poor service
No transfer has been created, after 54 hours and I keep on getting conflicting feedback from World Remit. I do not know of they use a 3rd party now to execute payments but the agent said they get various complaint. I rather use a reputable and trusted platform like MoneyGram, lately I have too much issues with WR and NO e-mail complaint address, or support e-mail

Unprofessional service, *********** agents
Bidvest Bank always process transfers from other banks outside the allowed time, impossible to talk to an agent and no mails get answered. Still waiting for a transfer after 52 hours........

Declined transaction Claim by Discovery, yet they reserve the funds
I have made an international payment; the transaction was declined by Discovery Bank and added a penalty fee. Yet Discovery Bank reserved the funds and I have sent proof that the 3rd Party won't collect the funds due to Discovery transaction decline. I have spent about 1.5 hours with Discovery and the 3rd party, and despite the proof submitted I must now wait 7 days for the funds to be credited. No, the service at Bidvest Bank is 10,00 x better.

Nasdaq Ghost, the biggest scam
TeeJay advertise on FaceBook that his forex robot can tripple your investment in 3 days. He asked for an initiation fee, and profit split. The initiation fee is for training material and the robot The guy calls himself Nasdag Gost on Facebook, but is the biggest scammer. He just took the money without installing the robot, or training and then takes the proceeds of ths 1st profit, then blows the accounts Beware people, deal with reputable and registred companies, not scammers that are not regulated, or registered. He is a scammer of note, stay away from this type of scammers on facebook.

Worst guesthouse in Benoni
The owner needs to decide if he wants to run a guesthouse, or a function venue. The function hall is no more than 30 meters from the s/catering units. <br> <br> Over weekends the parties goes on till the early hours of the morning, and the loud music and alcohol abuse!<br> <br> There is no preventative maintenance done to the units, only when something breaks it attracks the attention of the owner. He is so far removed from the business although he stays in one of the units.<br> <br> I have never experienced such a remote controlled type of owner and always has issues with the long term guests that is actually his source of income.<br> <br> The ave rate of occupancy is 35% with NO repetitive business.<br> <br> The Mask must be the worst managed guesthouse in Benoni compared to Alabella Lodge and others.<br> <br> The owner also runs an automotive workshop from the complex. Should be a maintenance and repair service but a name fitting is car breaker facility. I have experienced that first hand.
